Remy Ballard

  Remy has been an avid reader for years, with particular interests in historical fiction and history. The list of histories on Remy’s bookshelf is extensive and goes back years. 

 More recent readings been in the area of modern fiction. Favorite mystery writers are Janet Evanovich and Kerry Greenwood. Remy has read nearly everything that Janet has written, both solo and co-author, and is into the teens of the Phryne Fisher series, with plans to try some of Kerry’s other series as well. The mysteries, the humor, and the sex make a great combination in the writings of both.

 Recent reading in sexy romance have been Catherine Bybee, Kate Angell, Lucy Score, and Emma Hart. A number of other recent romance writers are on Remy’s list of readings, but are not yet on the ‘worth a second read’ list like Janet and the others mentioned.

 Remy’s first writing interests have been romance and sexy fiction. Writing horizons may change in the near future to include historical fiction- still with romance and a bit of sex included.

The writer lives in California, where colorful settings for fiction writing abound.
